Kuhn has developed its new range of PROFILE vertical-auger mixers on the strength of its international experience in total mixed rations. The main focus of the design of all PROFILE models is compactness. These machines will manage to find a way through buildings with the trickiest access! They are also characterized by their huge variety of possibilities and a low power requirement

PROFILE mixers have a very low power requirement. With a full hopper, they require just 13 hp per tonne at 29 rpm and 7 hp per tonne at 16 rpm. The single direction of mixing auger rotation and the sloping sides significantly reduce the power requirement by not compressing the fodder

The two-auger vertical mixing concept offers the best compromise between large volume and low height. The PROFILE 1270 with a capacity of 12 m3 has an overall height of 2.33 m. PROFILE TMR mixers are designed for farms with narrow sheds and restricted headroom.
